Only to save and restore your note backups in a private folder named 'Web Sticky Notes'. The app requests the minimal scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, which only lets it access files it created.

How do I revoke Google Drive access?

Open the in-app Drive menu and click Disconnect, or visit Google Account → Security → Third-party access and revoke access for Web Sticky Notes.
